Examination in Public Hearings Announced

The Examination in public (EiP) Hearings have been announced by the Planning Inspector, together with an outline of the "matters and issues" to be considered. The Hearing Sessions web page has further details. The Partial Review of Cherwell District Council's Local Plan will be examined on four days in February 2019 (5-6 & 12-13). The Begbroke & Yarnton green belt sites will be considered on 12 February from 0930. Members of the public are welcome to attend. BYG is joining forces with other local organisations under the umbrella of the Cherwell Development Watch Alliance (CDWA) in order to prepare written submissions and ensure representation at the hearing sessions.
